XngHan&Xoul is a South Korean musical project created by Seunghan in collaboration with Xoul. The project combines music, visual storytelling and artistic concepts, presenting a distinctive style that blends modern pop sounds with atmospheric and emotional elements.

Through this collaboration, the artists explore themes of identity, youth and personal expression. Their work often highlights strong visual aesthetics together with expressive performances, creating a unique artistic identity that resonates with contemporary K-pop and global pop trends.

The project attracts attention for its experimental approach and creative direction. By combining music, visuals and storytelling, XngHan&Xoul aim to present a new artistic perspective within the evolving Korean music scene.

Total Delivery Time
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
European Union: approximately 4–10 business days total, depending on the selected carrier and destination country.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as new album releases, holidays, or promotions.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require additional time before they can be shipped.

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items become available so that your package arrives in one complete shipment.

Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Europe only.

Customs Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the house number or apartment number.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order may be returned to us by the carrier. Any additional shipping costs required for reshipping the order may be charged to the customer.
